Andrea Magnoni is Senior Partner of Studio TribLeg since 2012 and he was Junior Partner of the firm since its foundation (in 2003).
Before joining the firm, he worked with other leading international tax firms from 1997 to 2002 (“Studio Tributario Associato Facchini Rossi Scarioni” and “Studio Associato Tributario Cimmino Bellini Lo Maglio”). Previously, he had an experience in tax and corporate departments of primary financial and banking institutions.
His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, M&A and business restructuring, taxation of real estate. He also supports clients in prelitigation and disputes.
He is member of Board of Auditors of several companies, he is author of publications on tax matters and he often speaks at tax conferences.
He is admitted to the Chartered Accountants Register (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili) in Milan in 1995 and to the Register of Auditors of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1999.
He is graduated with full marks in Economics and Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
