Gian Paolo Colnago is a founding partner of the Associated Firm “StudioTribLeg”.
Between 1999 and 2002, he was also a partner of “Studio Associato Tributario e Legale Cimmino Bellini Lo Maglio”.
Previously, after an experience as trainee Chartered Accountant (1991-92) and auditor with Arthur Andersen (1992-93), he was a collaborator and subsequently a partner of the Taxation and Corporate Consulting Firm “Studio di Consulenza Fiscale e Societaria” in the Arthur Andersen group, from 1993 to 1998.
He works mainly in business, tax and corporate consulting.
He has developed specific skills in direct and indirect taxation, nationally and internationally (covering issues such as transfer pricing and expatriate taxation). He has also gained extensive experience in consulting for non-profit organisations.
He holds positions as Chairman of the Board of Auditors and Statutory Auditor in numerous companies and bodies, and has been Chairman and Member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) no. 231/2001.
He has published a number of works and spoken at numerous conferences on taxation issues.
He registered with the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts’ Register (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili) of Milan in 1993 and the Register of Auditors of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1996.
He graduated with full marks in Business Economics at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan in 1990.
