Stefano Giacosa is a founding partner of the Associated Firm Studio TribLeg.
Previously he was a partner of “Studio Associato Tributario e Legale Cimmino Bellini Lo Maglio”, from 1999 to 2002, as well as Taxation and Corporate Consulting Firm “Studio di Consulenza Fiscale e Societaria” in the Arthur Andersen group, from 1993 to 1999.
He deals mainly with extraordinary operations, private equity assistance and business taxation, with specific skills in the field of finance and real estate.
He is a member of the Boards of Auditors and Boards of Administration of several companies and organisations.
He has published a number of works and spoken at numerous conferences on taxation issues.
He registered with the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts’ Register (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili) of Milan in 1995 and the Register of Auditors of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1999.
He graduated with full marks in Business Economics at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
