He is registered with the Law Society of Milan.
He graduated in Law at the University of Milan.
He deals mainly with company law, M & A, business start-ups in Italy and abroad, and contract management. In 2005 he joined Studio TribLeg as a senior partner.
From 1998 to 2004 he worked at “Studio Legale & Commerciale – Professioni Riunite”, as founding partner. From 1986 to 1998 he worked in a primary tax and law firm in Milan, with a short break (from 1992 to 1995) as manager of the legal and corporate affairs department of the holding company of a primary Spanish credit institution.
In more than twenty years of professional activity, he has provided legal advice and consulting to important credit institutions, mainly in the field of export finance operations, assisting services companies working particularly in the fashion sector.
He has managed numerous extraordinary operations (mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, company transfers and leases, contributions, etc.) in the field of banking, large scale distribution and retail, fashion, industry, the health sector, real estate and insurance services.
He has published numerous works on the legal issues related to the art work and spoken at numerous conferences.
