He is registered with the Law Society of Milan.
He graduated in Law at the University of Milan.
He deals mainly with commercial and company law, M & A, corporate disputes and is an expert on administrative responsibilities pursuant to D.lgs. 231/2001.
In 2005 he joined StudioTribLeg, becoming a partner in 2007 and a senior partner in 2014.
From 2000 to 2004 he worked for “Deloitte, Studio Legale Associato”. He has a Master in Company Law from Ipsoa.
He has been providing legal advice to medium and large companies for almost twenty years. In particular he provides consulting services for extraordinary operations and continuous advice on civil disputes relating to commercial and company law.
He is also a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to D.lgs. 231/2001 for numerous companies.
